SMART Communications, Inc., together with COMELEC, spearheaded voters’ education for the people of Brgy. Dita, Sta. Rosa, Laguna on April 17, 2010.
This was in preparation for the country’s first ever automated election. This seminar, lead by COMELEC, allowed the voters from the locality to learn everything they need to know regarding the Filipinos’ first automated election.
